The prepared flux is compacted into briquettes using a hydraulically operated slug press, ensuring uniform density and facilitating efficient loading into the extruder’s flux cylinder.
Drawn wire coils are mounted on the machine’s coil stand and fed through a high-speed straightening unit to achieve precise linearity. The wires are then cut to specified standard lengths with high accuracy and consistency.

The extrusion line comprises an extruder, conveyor, and wire feeding system. Cut wires are automatically fed into the extruder, where they are uniformly coated under controlled high-pressure conditions to ensure consistent coating thickness and adhesion.
The coated electrodes exiting the extruder are transferred via conveyor for subsequent operations, including holder end and tip end cleaning, as well as product identification marking/printing.
After coating and air drying, the electrodes are loaded into the stationary oven and baked.
