WIRE STRAIGHTENING AND CUTTING MACHINE

Drawn wire coils are mounted on the machine’s coil stand and fed through a high-speed straightening unit to achieve precise linearity. The wires are then cut to specified standard lengths with high accuracy and consistency.
In addition to electrode manufacturing applications, these machines are widely utilized across various engineering industries. We manufacture machines in a range of capacities, suitable for wire diameters from 1.2 mm to 10 mm.

EXTRUDER

The extrusion line comprises an extruder, conveyor, and wire feeding system. Cut wires are automatically fed into the extruder, where they are uniformly coated under controlled high-pressure conditions to ensure consistent coating thickness and adhesion.
The coated electrodes exiting the extruder are transferred via conveyor for subsequent operations, including holder end and tip end cleaning, as well as product identification marking/printing.
